E-COMM ARC
Update — Sep 23

Full project checklist — from day one

Tap any item for the full explanation. This page stays live — it gets updated as things move, so check back anytime instead of asking for a status update.

Needed from you

To keep things moving

1

Meta Pixel access

So we can actually track ad performance, not just clicks.

2

GoKollab intro video

I'll send you the steps to record and upload it, plus how the channels are structured (general discussion, student results, and a pinned foundation channel with the intro).

3

Manual payments decision

Still need to know who confirms InstaPay / Vodafone Cash / dollar transfer payments and how fast, so I can build the same tagging step for them as card payments.

Since day one

Funnel pages

Landing page

Full brand rebuild in RTL Arabic (Cairo font, teal/green palette). Includes the VSL video, success stories, student reviews slider, the 5-partner marquee (Taager, Vondera, CJ Dropshipping, Printlet, Safka) with hover deal popups, a payment-methods marquee (Apple Pay, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, valU, NBE Installment, Meeza, Aman), and a downloadable installments guide PDF.

Booking page

Brand rebuild to match the landing page, GHL calendar widget wired in, pre-call explainer video embedded above the calendar.

Thank-you page

Brand rebuild with the same pre-call explainer video, shown right after someone books.

"Not qualified yet" page

Replaces the old behavior where a disqualified lead was dropped straight into a raw WhatsApp link with nothing in between. Now they land on a real page: explainer video, the same success-stories and reviews sections, and inline CTA buttons back into the funnel.

CRM setup & attribution

Business profile & sub-account

GHL sub-account fully set up with business profile, timezone, and contact details.

Attribution fields

14 custom fields built specifically to answer "where did this lead actually come from": First/Last Source, Medium, Campaign, Content, Term, Landing Page, Referrer, First Touch Date, plus FBCLID for ad click-throughs. This is the foundation the organic and ad tracking below builds on.

Qualification & sales fields

Segment (student/employed/business owner), capital available, refund window, and package sold — all captured on the contact or the deal.

Tags & pipeline

Simplified tag set (source, no-show, qualified/unqualified/whatsapp) instead of an overcomplicated tag tree. One pipeline, "Academy Sales," with Won and Lost stages.

Booking & qualification automation

Qualification survey

Fully Arabic now, with reworded segment options ("student or fresh graduate," "employed full-time," "working from home," "business owner") and extra answer choices added after live testing.

Two calendars

Separate calendars for organic vs ads traffic, replacing Calendly — this is what lets us tell which channel actually books calls, not just fills forms.

Qualified / unqualified routing

Budget above 25k EGP routes to a 30-minute discovery call. Below that, the lead goes to the educational video + WhatsApp button instead of straight to a closer's calendar.

Reminder sequence

Confirmation on booking, testimonials reminder 1 day before, a reminder 12 hours before, and the call link 5 minutes before — tuned to reduce no-shows.

No-show & non-booker recovery

Anyone who reaches the calendar but doesn't book gets a WhatsApp follow-up after a short wait, plus an SMS nudge. Source and qualification status are auto-tagged the whole way through.

Payments & enrollment

3 packages set up

Basic (7,999 EGP), Plus (19,999 EGP), and Elite (38,640 EGP) — all live as products in GHL.

PayTabs connected

Started with GHL's native payment link, but that only showed a plain card field. Switched to PayTabs' own PayLinks instead, which show all enabled payment methods by default — including Valu and Meeza installments.

Payment → enrollment automation

Since PayLinks bypass GHL's own payment engine, built a webhook that receives PayTabs' payment confirmation, matches the amount to the right package (7,999 / 19,999 / 38,640), tags the contact automatically, and hands off to the GoKollab enrollment flow. Tested live end to end.

GoKollab community

Enrollment workflows

Once someone's tagged with a package, they're automatically renamed with their package suffix, granted access to the GoKollab community, and sent their welcome email — one workflow per package (Basic/Plus/Elite), all tested live.

Community content drafted

Pinned welcome post, an intro video script, and 4 onboarding questions for new members — all written in Egyptian Arabic to match the brand voice.

Khaled's intro video

Waiting on you — a short welcome video that plays for every new member joining GoKollab. I'll send you exact steps on how to record and upload it.

Channel structure

Proposed: General Discussion, Student Results/Wins, and a pinned Foundation channel holding your intro video. Happy to add more once we know what other topics matter to you.

Organic & ad tracking

Attribution capture built

Hidden form fields on the landing page are bound to the attribution custom fields, and automatically read the UTM parameters off whatever link the visitor clicked — no manual step for the visitor.

Per-content trackable links

Next: a simple naming system (e.g. a link named after a specific reel or story) so every piece of content Sherine posts — reels, stories, YouTube videos, IG DMs — gets its own trackable link. She just grabs the right pre-built link and posts; the tracking happens automatically underneath.

Meta Pixel connected

Waiting on your access — once connected to the ad funnel, we'll be able to see which ads are actually converting instead of just counting clicks.

WhatsApp

Decision made

Going with the official WhatsApp Business API instead of GHL's native WhatsApp number, specifically because native numbers get flagged/banned more easily once volume picks up.

API trial & setup

Starting the 14-day trial next, then connecting a business number once it's approved.

Team & reporting

Manual payment tagging

For InstaPay / Vodafone Cash / dollar transfers that don't go through PayTabs — waiting on your decision on who confirms these and how fast, so the same auto-tagging can apply to them.

Closer onboarding

For Hisham & Omar: new professional email addresses, calendar connection walkthrough, and pipeline stage definitions (Booked → No Show / Qualified / Not Qualified → Follow-up after call → Lost / Won).

Sama's fulfillment process

What she does the moment someone pays: apply the ads tag, add/update the contact, and walk them through course + client portal access.

Final reporting layer

Once everything above is live, this is where we pull it all together into a real weekly report — using all the tagging and attribution data already being captured.
